Carol Jordan has been a mortgage originator since 1996. She has been a top loan originator since the beginning. Carol has received numerous awards for being a great mortgage loan officer including both internal recognition such as “President’s Club” and external recognition for being Rural Development lender of the year (more than once) and she has been a NH Housing top ten lender for over a decade. In 2010, Carol was recognized as the top NH Housing originator in the state. Carol has also been designated as a Certified Mortgage Professional by the NH Mortgage Bankers and Brokers Association.
