📖 Your Homebuying Plotline: Chapter by Chapter
- Check Your Readiness
Before you start flipping through listings, we’ll help you understand how lenders look at your credit, income, and debts—and which programs might be a good fit for your personal storyline. - Explore First-Time Buyer Programs

We’ll help you pick the program that matches your goals—and edit out the ones that don’t.
- Get Pre-Approved
Getting pre-approved sets the stage for your next move—it’s like outlining the next chapter. It shows sellers you’re a serious buyer and gives you a clear idea of your home-shopping budget. - Partner with a REALTOR®

- Research and confirm clear title
